    I was very intrigued by the discussion about digital resources– you didn’t mention (and a lot of people don’t) that one of the big problems is reading comprehension. Distinguishing good sources from bad, finding and utilizing keywords, and a lot of other research skills are dependent on being able to read academic text and pull information out of it. And frankly, speaking as an undergrad, I can say affirmatively that most of us really don’t know how to do that effectively.
